I wish C4/C5 and ITV would bring out similar service to BBC iPlayer. When you enter C4's site you get the impression you could be watching in 2 mins. In fact I have never managed to get it working due to a DRM issue I can't be bothered to solve. Seems you cannot watch ITV/C4/C5 live streaming or on demand anyway so all a bit pointless plus even today, the Konitki thingy refuses to un-install, have to use a special tool from a completely different website to get rid if it.
The one big improvement the iPlayer could have is live streaming and last major news program available in demand at any time including watch from beginning while it is still running (like a PVR).0 -
ITV have a catch-up service, bit it streams and not downloads. You can watch full-screen. You can also watch ITV channels live.

Tried it, in Firefox it says no Player available, in IE nothing happens if you click on Live or on a Catch Up Program. Will give it another try later. BBC really has stolen the lead here!
edit: got it working now after reloading the main page in IE. Hit and miss if you get a catch up proggy to load though. Still, well worth knowing about cheers.0
