It is not just you - I'm having the same problem. They have my confirmation e-mails but say that they have no record of me going through their website. They are apparently now investigating further and I await a response! I will let you know when I have a response what they say. Good luck!

This is exactly what they said to me! By any chance was it Lynn who emailed you? We will all have to keep each other up to date and trade tips! Its annoying, if they paid when they were supposed to I would have missed the 150 pp charges!!!

It was Lynn and Linda. They have been really helpful and polite and managed to get it sorted. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they manage to get it sorted for you.

My 6 week wait for A & L points was up yesterday so I sent off a 'what's the status' type email on Monday. Received reply back today. Apparently there was a problem, but the points (5000) have been added manually, without any hassle.

I think, when sending emails, it is best to always be considerate with your wording.

Really glad people have been succesful but scared I have been chasing this for 2 weeks and still nothing! I am always polite and just state the facts then thank them for their time but Im getting frustrated now. grr. hopefully I will be the next with positive news!

    Enjoy spending your vouchers!

well it looks like they are trying to sort the bingorooms issues so maybe we will get our points as i got this e mail earlier

Some of our members have reported issues with aspects of the Bingorooms offer, previously available on Pigsback.com. Having investigated this further, it appears that we did not go through the rigorous checks with Bingorooms that we normally put in place prior to putting an offer on the site which ensure that members are able to easily and simply take advantage of the offer. Therefore we have removed it from the Pigsback.com site. We are conducting our own investigations into all of the matters highlighted and will respond to members affected with a final update over the coming days. We would ask that you bear with us and appreciate your co-operation in this regard.

    fingers crossed
have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving

My tip for Thursday 10th April is :
    Royal Dignitary

    Kempton 20:50

There's no guarantee of a win with this suggestion. Odds correct at time of writing.
    2.22 | 2.34 (Teasing) | 3.85 | 9.4 | 14.5

Bets should be placed 30 minutes before the race.
