My 6 week wait for A & L points was up yesterday so I sent off a 'what's the status' type email on Monday. Received reply back today. Apparently there was a problem, but the points (5000) have been added manually, without any hassle.

I think, when sending emails, it is best to always be considerate with your wording.

Did any of you sign up to fashion at tesco via pigsback with the promise of over £25 welcome vouchers? And if so, have you received your vouchers yet? It said that the vouchers would be sent within six weeks, but it's been eight weeks now since I signed up and no sign of them yet, so I've just sent an email off to Tesco. Just wondering if anyone else had had problems.

I didn't get mine, but my OH got his through. Personally i wasn't that bothered as I don't really like their clothes, but i got my points which is hte main thing!

My mum just got this reply back RE Bingorooms



Some of our members have reported issues with aspects of the Bingorooms offer, previously available on Pigsback.com. Having investigated this further, it appears that we did not go through the rigorous checks with Bingorooms that we normally put in place prior to putting an offer on the site which ensure that members are able to easily and simply take advantage of the offer.
