for people who have had items not tracking, Quidco have an explanation on their site...probably applies to PB as well.
Missing transactions - The why and the how of it

First, missing transactions happen when the merchant does not report back to us that a sale has happened. All links go through a third party network which drops a cookie in your browser, this cookie is then later checked when you complete checkout/registration at a merchant. If the cookie is not there or if your computer blocks the network from checking for that cookie or calling up a tracking image then your sale is not reported to the network and thus nothing tracks.

Most of the time this problem is due to ad-blocking or internet security software on your computer. Most people these days run some kind of ad-blocking software (whether Norton, McAfee, Firefox plugin or built-in to Internet Explorer) - this software can see the tracking cookies as ads and ad-tracking and block them.

It is not just you - I'm having the same problem. They have my confirmation e-mails but say that they have no record of me going through their website. They are apparently now investigating further and I await a response! I will let you know when I have a response what they say. Good luck!

I'm getting the same response as well...although I definitely made sure my cookies were cleared etc so not sure whats going on.....

  • Me too, I ordered M&S vouchers 25 March and heard nothing from Piggy.

I spoke too soon as my M&S voucher came this morning.

I am so annoyed right now. I opened an Alliance and Leicester ISAthrough pigsback on the 10th february, got confirmation email and info through the post and have been paying in regular amounts but never got the pigsback points so I emailed them a few weeks later to check if it was ok, with it being 5,000 points I was worried and they said yes vut would take 6 weeks. 6 weeks later nothing so I emailed 2 weeks ago, and it took 3 days for them to get back to ask the confirmation so I sent that. A week later no response so I forwarded the email I had sent them again and now they say they have no record of me going through them!

I have just about had it, sick of things going missing, I mainly pay for what I get on there and the amount of stuff they claim isnt tracking is getting ridiculous.

Just needed to get that off my chest, anyone else have problems with A&L through them?

I'm waiting for A&L points too, by what you and a lot of others are saying, it looks like I will have to fight to try and get the points, its crazy.

Keep fighting for the A&L points folks it takes time, patience and a bit of cheeky email writing;)

I got mine eventually, only 2000 first off and had to email 3 times to get the other 3000 added, was just about to order a few John Lewis vouchers for Christmas and low and behold they slap a £7.5o postage charge on the vouchers:eek: I am still awaiting an answer on that email too:rolleyes:

I have used pigsback for years and only recently started purchasing stuff through them, but if this is the hassle we have to do everytime to get what we are owed, I'm gonna stick with Quidco, at least they answer your emails;)
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:

I have had confirmation from Pigsback this afternoon that the 5000 points will be in my account tomorrow. :j

It is slightly frustrating because it has taken 10 days to get the matter resolved and in that time the cost of the vouchers has risen but nevertheless the points are being credited and that is the important part. The lady who I have been corresponding with via e-mail has been extremely helpful and polite. I just have to decide which vouchers to order now.
