I have sent them 4-5 e-mails since thursday reguarding these points, and if i dont get any joy i will be left with no option but to complain to trading standards, as its false advertising.
And pigsback is a web company that is purely their for advertising companys, products, etc....
I know its free points = free money, but its still false advertsing. They claimed points to some things i signed up for, but are rufusing to give them out because they have out thier wording wrong.

Its their fault and they should pay the points. Im thinking about giving it another week, because i feel im wasteing my time, then i shall take it further.

I had a quick look at their T&C's the other day and they appeared to cover themselves in pretty much every case (imo)

Did anyone sign up for Love Film 14day free trial? Was meant to give you 1250points but i've not received them yet and was wondering if anyone else has?! Also still waiting for my song people points too! I've not been keeping screen shots or emails because i didn't realise that they'd make it a big hassle to get all your deserved points!!

I had all sorts of trouble getting my LoveFilm points. It literally took 3 months after I had badgered them nearly every day for a week. I got them in the end though and it was worth the blood, sweat and tears! They will ask you to prove that you have actually received DVDs from LoveFilm as that was one of the terms and conditions so as long as you can do that (I just took a screenshot of my account page) then you should be ok. Good luck.

About the Hotel Chocolat points, just let them try and take them away from me!! :mad:

I remember doing this about a year ago, and at the time didn't have any trouble getting the points. At the moment though-people are having to chase up points a lot :rolleyes: dont know what curly/pigsback thinks he's playing at.

Did they ask for the initial email confirming you had signed up? I have a screenshot showing i have two titles at home but nothing showing the date I signed up. I assume they can trace the email address? I've sent a query to pigsback today to get it started do just need to wait and see. I better get the points cause its the only reason i took the trial!! :mad:

Oh another question, how long does it take for the 10points from racecaller to be added? I did it for the first time yesterday and managed to pick the winner! But not had the points put in yesterday or today. It's annoying having to keep my eye on what's going on!

Pigsback states that PiggyPoints are credited within the first week of the following month. However, I think they sometimes leave it until the middle of the month...........
