Had a quick scan through the last few pages and couldn't see this mentioned - has anyone noticed that the NI quiz isn't officially 10 points anymore - it's entry to a prize draw instead (although mine did credit as 10 points). Looks like they're lining up to change it.

I just answered question and noticed the same as you, and I did not get a 10 points credit so it looks like that bonus has come to an end for some of us as well, bit disappointed as points getting quite near to enough for a voucher, but did get the 2 ct's so can not really complain as it it all for free. :hello:

ooops i was wrong, went back into my account, when checked first time had not refreshed my piggypoints page, on doing this found had got the ni jobs 10 piggy ppoints apologies to piggy.redface.gif
Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:

Has anyone had their songpeople points yet? I signed up to it on 31st March with the promise of 100 points being credited within 24 hours, I emailed on 3rd April saying I hadn't had them yet and I've still not had points or a reply from them, how long should I wait before emailing again

I emailed them on Friday afternoon and am gonna give it another day before emailing again. Got lots of points to chase, can't decide whether to do them bit by bit or bombard them and stress them out heehee :rotfl:

    I got them too.

Thats all the clickthroughs for the rest of April all in one go :)
  • How long does it typically take for Pigsback to get back to you? I'm keen for my OH to get his missing points as I referred him and the referral points from him will get me to my next voucher! Thanks for any help :)

After threatening to leave PB last week in an email to them, I have logged in this morning to find that miraculously they have credited me with the Hotel Chocolat sign up points. This was the email I got:

    Hi

    Thank you for your email.
Apologies for the delay in replying. My colleague has gotten back to me and confirmed you were on the Hotel Chocolat site on the 19th Feb via Pigsback.com. I have credited your account with 300 PiggyPoints, these will be visible in your account by tomorrow.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused and if you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact me.
    Kind Regards,

    Laura

So, if you haven't got your piggypoints from Hotel Chocolat, they have now confirmed (by giving them to me) that they were available for the sign up only and you didn't have to buy anything.

I'm really chuffed as I've had a pretty hard time chasing points with PB recently and I never win any quizzes even though I've been a member for over a year.

Just chased up my points for Hotel Chocolate saying a colleague had been issued points without purchase and this was the response I got....

I cannot comment on another member's account or credits with you.
Instead I am advising on what we were offering the PiggyPoints for. When you clicked through to Hotel Chocolat, the option to join their chocolate club was there.

Members needed to complete a sign up to this, to be eligible for the PiggyPoints. Our affiliate will not report on a newsletter sign up, and we cannot issue PiggyPoints for this.
We didn't explicitly say on our own website that a sign up to the chocolate club required a purchase, but once their website was accessed this was clear as an option.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to let us know.

    Kind Regards,

    Rachel

  • Hi, does anyone know if Pigsback still give out birthday points? I haven't been on for a while and couldn't find an e-mail address for them!
