Looks like Hotel Chocolat is no longer on Pigsback ?? I can't find it, so we cannot prove or disprove the comment made about it being obvious what we had to sign up to.

I do have a screengrab though that shows 300 points.

Have emailed too, so will see what sort of reply I get.

Thanks for your mail.
Signing up to a newsletter doesn't entitle you to 300 PiggyPoints - sign up to Hotel Chocolat (the chocolate club), which involves a purchase entitles you to PiggyPoints.

I think it definitely depends on who you get when you email - by the looks of it if you get Laura your should be successful but with Rachel you wont be.

I have to say I think Curly is being very unfair letting some of his staff give points and others not however I hope it doesnt get to the point that Curly decides to take those points back on the earlier poster.

Maybe I'll have to ask for Curlys direct email address
