Do you have a lemon or a bottle of lemon juice? Lemon works in place of vinegar. It's a shame you're not up the road. I have LOADS of dried yeast, you would have been welcome to some!

Pick any recipe, just leave out the sugar or the cheese if you don't have/want them. You can whatever herbs/spices you feel like, a bit of cheese and some mustard powder, some cut up bacon or grated carrot...? Whatever floats your boat really.
