If you order and you have authorised them to take a certain amount from your card and they take more then it is classed as unauthorised use of banking procedures and they are liable to legal action.

Surely that can't happen as they have sent email confirmation showing the price as £5.99. I would have thought the worst that could happen is that the order is cancelled.

It's not going to arrive, but it's worth a go!!!

And if they try and over charge you, you are covered as your order states a price, they can not raise that price without your agreement. Or Trading Standards will have a quiet word!

Yeah everything says "this item is not available". So now that they've noticed, what if they phone me up and try to cancell the order? Should I stand firm or do they have the right do do that? What if the money has gone from my card already?

JUST GOT 2 CATH COOKSONS IN THE NICK OF TIME ... i always push companies who slip up like this , just harrass them with emails if they try to back down , alls fair in love and dvd's .

My card hasn't been charged, so I presume they charge when they despatch - in which case I doubt anyone will be getting them
