I hope that everyone keeps their heads on this.

It may be an error but if we leave it to their automated system for ordering, payment and despatch we have a chance.

DO NOT ring them to chase orders as that will alert them, better to wait a few days and let them charge your card / take youe money / cash your cheque etc. Then the contract is made which has to be honoured.
