Video&DVD Formats
Virtually all the videos we sell are PAL format, which is the format used by videos in the UK, most of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Our videos are not suitable for standard video players in the USA and Canada, as a system called NTSC is used there,

Returns Policy
All our videos and DVDs are brand new (unless clearly stated otherwise), and are guaranteed to work. In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, we would strongly recommend that you check your video or DVD on a second machine first to ensure it is not just that player. If it is definitely faulty, please contact us for return instructions - and we'll get a replacement despatched as soon as possible or if you prefer we will issue a credit note or refund you in the same way as you paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You have the right to return an order for no reason at all and without penalty of which we must be informed within 7 days of receipt of order. As soon as the item has been returned to us, we will issue a store credit for use against any new or outstanding orders. Please note your right to cancel does not apply to Video or DVD recordings that have been opened.

Don't get "hopping" mad if they cancel your order :-)
Some of these prices are ridiculously low.

Let's just hope they can take the financial loss and honour the orders.
It's a real gamble - it's best not to expect anything, then if otherwise happens - "Happy Days"
