I'm sitting here on hold to AOHELL for 12 minutes trying to find out where my MAC code is, requested it 7 days ago, she told me she couldn't find and would have to put me through to cancellations and they would give me the code immediately, cancellations woman couldn't find it either, put me on hold and then cut me off :mad: I've just rung back and am now on hold again, it's been 6 minutes argghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!
