Oh Sparky dont they drive you mad. I was thinking of switching to cable internet just so I dont get delays with mac codes etc but my neighbour on Virgin Media cable and its down more often than it's working.

They sure do evelyn, I'm moving to 02, I've heard nothing but praise about them, UK call centres, phones answered really quickly, problems sorted straight away, I can't wait.
