Good news, working on what to do could be as short as an hour could be longer, hope to be sorted sometime today. Are considering whether to put back in unclaimed prizes. In any case there will be the 1344 prizes but they may have to rearrange timing to maybe not every hour to make up the ones that shouldnt have gone.
In any case it must only be around 40 to make up now because we have been down almost 40hrs havent we.

still - even if hacked - why would it be off for 4 hours and then back on just as prizes go????? I think it was a fault and they are fobbing us off!!

i dread to think what pictures are on it as ella and our other friend hijacked my camera and pparently have taken some rather "odd" pictures when I did not know!!!!:mad:

I hope it isn't ella's lesser spotted chuff!!!!

i think i might write to someone about it too. i think it's wrong that they didn't take it down when they found out. fair enough if they didn't know over the weekend, but today they have known about the problems from the people ringing up. therefore they have been getting the traffic, knowing full well that no prizes will be given out.
are they saying that they meant to give away 82 prizes at once???

The thing is MS are so rich, they could easily afford to add the 82 back in and carry on as normal, it hasn't ended up being a very good PR exercise has it?
