i think i may go to the ombudsman with this bl oody competition, everyone complain and they will have to investigate... trying to find out a number or email to do so though... any help would be good

MS have phoned. Bad news. 82 prizes were generated in 27 seconds when it was running real slow and came back up. and most have been claimed.
Good news, working on what to do could be as short as an hour could be longer, hope to be sorted sometime today. Are considering whether to put back in unclaimed prizes. In any case there will be the 1344 prizes but they may have to rearrange timing to maybe not every hour to make up the ones that shouldnt have gone.
In any case it must only be around 40 to make up now because we have been down almost 40hrs havent we.0
