  • HI again, hope you are feeling a better. If you need advice during BR- (the judge will ask if youve taken professional advice) - CCCS are brilliant. Im sure Payplan will be fine too. I called CCCS and National Debtline- both of whom were great, and ask as many questions as you can on this site.
  • another question, you'll be so sick of me soon.
MY dedt is due to foolish time playing online bingo, will this b a problem?
  • ive given myself a kick up the bum this morning and decided to start filling in the forms online, thinking i can also do this over the next few weeks as i start to feel stronger.
Quick question about the forms though
In the list of assets which section do i list my car under?

    Machinery, plant and equipment
Any other property of any value, e.g. paintings, furniture or jewellery

    Thanks again xx
  • Hi Tand A,

Well done for the kick up the backside.

Under assets theres a sub section for motor vehicles. 3.1(14) after endowment polices. Also futher on question 3.7 asks about vehicles you own or have owned
    Good luck
The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter :(
  • Hey,
I'm sure I saw some info someone put on here saying that they're only interested in assets if they total over £1500? Don't quote me on that but thought I'd get this bumped up to the top for you.

    Hi there tiredandanxious

I just wanted to say hi, and that you're not alone. There are many people on here who are in a similar situation to you, eg similar level of debt or depressed. I suffer with it myself, so can undestand a bit how you're feeling. It DOES get better though.

Some books can be quite helpful (if you can get yourself to read for a bit when you're not feeling too bad). Let me know if you want any suggestions of titles.

    Take care,

    Ali x
