  • When i do start everything going, would it be ok to ask you guys for help and any questions?
I dont want to put on people who have enough troubles of their own
    xx
  • Question already, when they go through your credit cards to see whats on them, what is classed as extravagant, online bingo gambling? It was the cause of most of my debt, stupidly, but dont do it anymore.
Also how far back into your bank accounts do they go?
    Thanks xx

You can ask as many questions as you like. We are here and will help all we can,

The first step is to ring one of the debt charities (see my sig.) The second step is to ring your local county court to see what system they operate, turn up or appointment and get the forms. You can also do the forms online if you wish. The third step is to get the fee's together.£150 for the court and £335 for the OR. The forth step is if you are going BR in the next month or so is stop paying any debts and just pay essential living expenses.

That's the potted version. Any questions just ask, there will usually be someone around at some point to answer.

As Phil says it can be from 1 up to 5 years because they like to see how you got to where you are.

The OR CAN OBTAIN ANYTHING YOU DON'T HAVE SO DON'T WORRY. oops! baby helping to type.

  • Hi as im with payplan can i use them to help me through BR or does it have to be a debt charity?

  • You could certainly ask their advice on if BR is an option for you. But it is always good to get a second opinion :D
