    I really don't see what your issue was - PE was full, you'd booked seats in Y and got them.

    Re-read my post. We were transferred from Maxjet! We had actually booked business class seats for the above reason....

    My Mum has said that she gets upgrades (No idea why, she probably states some kind of Dame status at check in!)
    Also that if it was her at check in she would upgrade me.... But thats probably as close as I'll ever get! :D
