The date on the back of my photocard license says 19-03-10 but the date under Provisional Entitlement on my paper license says 25-03-10. So which one is the actual date I passed?

I don't think they need the exact date. The month and year should suffice. I can't remember exactly when I passed my test and, to the best of my recollection, I haven't ever looked at my licence to find out.

They usually just ask how many years you have had a full licence.
