When Did I pass my Driving licence

A quick 'phone call to the DVLA can also confirm this. I had to answer the same question for insurance. I had just under a year of lessons on my provisional licence, failed my first test, had to renew my provisional licence, then passed my test and was driving on the provisional licence plus my pass certificate for almost a year, before I renewed my second provisional licence for my current full licence. Therefore, the issue date of my current full licence isn't the date I passed my test.

PS. I will try to remember to look up and post the date when I get home - it won't beat 1963 though.

i passed mine on my birthday in 91, so it is quite easy to remember, if ever needed, Dave.

Gawd, cant remember either, I know it was 1978 and it was sunny and at one point I was stuck behind a line of large trucks/trailers of a travelling circus :eek: but ...................

Really want a pre-97 license though all those extra entitlements. Grrrr

I passed mine on 23/09/63 but my licence (plastic and paper) states 23/10/75 so the above information cannot be relied upon.
