Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr just been informed that my aromatherapy course has been cancelled due to lack of interest. It was supposed to start tomorrow and I get an email tonight! The last one I booked on let me study for 6 weeks before they cancelled! It's so annoying because i can't finish another course i'm doing until I can qualify as an aromatherapist and I can't!!!!! I am starting to sound more and more like a grumpy old woman!!!

Actually, good news...drum roll please........I now have a floor in my living room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's only taken since last Summer. It looks fabulous. Have a good week everyone.

Pigpen...I read that as you were going to go and have a stretch in your middle room. I was wondering if you'd taken up yoga! xx

I'm in again this week. The wheels fell off a bit towards the end of the week, but I'm back on the anti-ds so hopefully I'll start feeling capable of doing something sometime this week! I NEEEEED to do my meal plan. If I do nothing else tomorrow I must at least tackle that.
  • Just washed roasting tin and oven trays OH had done packed lunches bless and now am off to put ironing away complete with glass of wine  -hope I don't spill it all over the washing

I'm in again - hopefully, but busy week again.

Working 4 days (tuesday off) so out of the house 7.30 - 4.45. French student arrives tomorrow so will be running her around, hair appt Tues evening plus my 2 little meisters and OH to sort out

DD was good at work today, Security guard gave her an epaulette with control room supervisor on it which fitted round her wrist nicely, so she had fun raising the barrier, panning the cameras etc while I worked.

Finished kids rooms from last weeks list to level 89 and all I have to do left tonight is scrub the grubby bits on carpet in spare room, iron uniforms and pack up lunches.

Oh forgot about meal plan but will prob have to wait until E arrives so I can find out what she eats. Can either have roast tomorrow (just cooked the pork joint today) or spanish stew (which I like as its all in one pot). Rest of the week still to sort but loads in.

Nearly forgot to say welcome to niklepic, Tashja, davgirl1 and arlybarly and nice to see you around again lbnblbnb

Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

    I'm in again,
Busy week last week but hope this one will be a lot calmer.
Heading to scotland this weekend so i really want the house to look good before i leave, don't want to relax while away and then come back to a mountain of dishes.:rotfl:

So i plan to follow the list to the end, really need to.
Done my first ever tesco shop online and can't believe i waited so long, brillant and so easy.:rotfl:

Big hello to all newbies before i forget again.

Right gonna start list tonight plus
    1) school uniforms to dry and iron.
    2) get schoolbags ready.
    3) sort money for school.
    4) get us all to bed. (all kids still up)

    Need to do this week
    1) type out CV's for me and sister.
    2) find suitcase.
    3) see if any offers on for eating out in scotland.
    4) Cancel an appointment.
    5) put a cheque in bank.
    6) sort out rest of bulbs to give to friends.

Right i'm away to make a start.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    snap!

AGA oven done - i loooooooooooooove ovenmate - not being a girly swat but I can't cook in the AGA after the door has been off for cleaning so need to go it at night to reheat over night. Top still to do tomorrow.

Time for HHI (30 minutes will not be enough) which is fine as I have shared a bottle of bubbley (cheap) with OH to celebrate the footie result (only I support them but the others are fine about them winning)

DW very jealous of your aga mum had one only wish I could live in a house which could have one. Did watch your team winning ony because I watcha lot of footie and yes wanted spurs because fed up of chelsea winning lots.

I fell off the Flywaggon in a big way last week and did diddlysquat.

I love that word :D perhaps we should have a word of the day. Could start off with Diddlysquat tomorrow.

Thanks for all the good wishes/hugs think I might need them several times over in the next week or two.

Had quite a productive evening in so much as I complied a complaint letter which will be posted first thing tomorrow and caught up with my work mate on the phone. Now having a glass of red, strictly to toast you all ;) and to welcome all the newbies
