  • Oh wow! Apple spiced muffins are the best!!! Kids and DH are all big fans and we were really decadent and had them with vanilla icecream for pudding after the sunday roast!
Am really trying hard not just with the flying but to save some dosh for sept 09 when DD1 goes to high school.
If anyone wants the recipe - it's on the feed a family of 5 thread (and it's really easy to do!)
Have glass of wine in hand and kids in bath - my favourite time of the day!
Planning ahead - leftover chicken with jacket spuds and salad for dinner tomorrow, so hubby carved rest of chicken ready.
Congrats to all the Spurs fans - even my Gunner DH is pleased 'cos at least it wasn't Chelsea!

Hi guys...I'm in again this week.
Managed to get pretty much ev erything done last week, but stopped posting...don't know why!!
Anyway, DH is out for a couple of hours from 7pm, so I'm going to make a head start cause I'm at a friends from about 10am tomorrow. I also have loads of washing to sort through....
I'm going to put oven cleaner on overnight too...
  • Thanks for my list of job's tomorrow!!! I am the world's most enthusiastic convert! Over the last week I have had a massive declutter, given loads of stuff away on Freecycle (though, note to self, in the interests of reducing my debts, dont buy the flippin stuff in the first place), visited the tip loads and so on.
Also tomorrrow I plan on making a start on the Dining Room Declutter. Capital letters cos it is going to take all week, but I like the Flylady idea of short bursts! It certainly worked on the upstairs bedrooms and study!
    Have a good week all

  • I'll be in this week too. I fell off the Flywaggon in a big way last week and did diddlysquat. I was variously too cold or too tired in the evenings after work to do much. Plenty to do this week as a result though and I'll try my bestestest. Secretly glad it's kitchen day tomorrow too.

Hope everyone is well and happy. Hugs if you aren't.

I am in this week too and must try and get it all done this week. I spent the majority of last week ill so my good start went to pot and house still looks like a tip. I also have to work at least 7 hours a day this week after having two weeks off (work from home) and make sure I don't neglect the children in the process.
