sorry fay just seen your post - well done on fridge clearing and takeaway avoidance! I did my cupboards out the other day as an alcohol avoidance technique!! We had homemade curry for dinner and I have just had a milky coffee - OH had a can of lager :rolleyes: leftover red has been calling to me but I have stuck my fingers in my ears LA LA LA - I can't hear you :rotfl:

Evening all, musketeer no. 3 clocking in for business

Had actually planned to drink tonight, decided as OH is going out I'd get some in the offy on the way home (even after all my ramblings earlier :rolleyes:). OH didn't end up going out till gone 8pm so I decided that it was a bit stupid to drink so late when I'd already done most of the evening alcohol free, so drove directly home, didn't pass go and am now drinking coffee

Funny thing is, I just had to drink a pint of water cos I was SO thirsty...I sometimes get headaches and it's obvious to me now :idea: that I was probably extremely dehydrated as I drink around 10 cups of coffee during the day, no water, then come home and drink a couple of litres of beer :eek: still no water!

In fact I'm still thirsty so shall go get meself another pint of water, avoiding the wine and baileys in the fridge and stick to my coffee.

I'm proud that I shall be waking up un-hung-over'ed tomorrow, it's DS's birthday party so I will need all the energy I can get as he's invited 22 friends along :eek:

Well done to all the muskahounds (another Dogtanion fan here ) I didn't do too bad for me and for the first time in ages actually made a cup of tea inbetween all the booze. Funny what we can class as success eh.

Not sure what day I am going for the AFD this week but I dont think it will be this weekend, too much going on. excuses excuses. Look forward to reading your inspiration later.

I am really pleased with my 3 AFDs Tuesday to Thursday as I can't remember the last time I made 3 in a row. Yeserday wasn't booze free and Iwill be drinking tonight. Will pick up AFD again on Sunday or Monday. Hope everyone has a good day.
