    Well done TNG. Those units do soon top up to scary numbers don't they? :T

    I've just canceled my future appointments for my "Motivational Therapy" / counselling as I decided that after the last few weeks NORCAS (our local drug & alcohol centre) were causing me more stress and making me more likely to drink than if I didn't go. I think the lady messing my appointments up again on Tuesday tipped me over the edge. :mad:

    I've decided to stick with Mr Carr's 'Stop Worrying' & 'No more Hangovers' along with My GP's help and of course my bestest virtual buddies on here :A - as I get more help and support from you peeps than anyone.

    Just one question .....

    Why have I got a headache this morning after drinking non-alcoholic beer last night? :confused: Must be some extra chemicals or something??

    Its always 'smells' that remind me of holidays .....
    seaweed, cut grass, pine trees, and the sound of the Curlew.

    almost like muscle memory from your brain....could be the chemicals though...horrid thought!

    Are you sure this is a good idea Andy? When you start going to these counselling sessions or meetings and having to own up to your problem, a realisation kicks in which is quite depressing at first, but after a few sessions/meetings you will begin to feel positive about seeing an end to your problem. Plus the more people behind you the better.

    Just my humble opinion of course :)
