    it takes longer to format the data for this forum, than any other aspect of it

    but still, that doesn't stop you from trolling in every thread does it ?

    Found this gem today - a massive £30k off, taking it down to £146,000. They don't make any secret of the price drop - "With price cuts like this, it's the perfect time to buy!!"

    Well that answers a question I had. When would new builds actually fall in price as opposed to the reliance on "unofficial" price cuts like gifted deposits etc.
