    Thanks, m00m00, for all your hard work.

    What I find astonishing is that your figures show around 10-15% of all properties for sales have reduced their prices within the 4 weeks you've been doing this, across the board (pro rata for areas you've only just started looking at).

    That's an awful lot of over-priced property out there...

    Who'd have thunk it? :rolleyes:

    If they keep this up, will it be 20-30% within 2 months, 30-45% in 3 months etc?

    This beauty just got reduced by a whopping 40 grand, down from £280,000 to £240,000. It's been stuck on the market since at least the beginning of Jan.

    I love property bee - been tracking Shawlands in Glasgow, for a few weeks now- it seems to be the lower and higher priced properties which are being cut. Some fixed prices are being cut too and it is interesting to see what % above the offers over fixed prices are being set at. Great to have that sort of information.

    Some people intentionally use propertysnake to advertise... put it up for 200k more on rightmove... knock off the 200k rise it up and down. I seen properties do this already... Hence why i use property bee now instead.

    Neas, they are desperate - you can usually get a 4 bed for £465k in this area let alone a 7 bed. As we have discussed before. Desperate, desperate, desperate, lots of houses all listed with 'no chain' boards going up all over the place with people trying to get a sale. I've explained the area we live in before, houses would usually be sold in a few days, without a board bothering to go up as there was a waiting list of people wanting to move in. Not so much of the same these days!!
