m00m00's weekly property bee stats Week 6

in simple terms, I export all the data into csv format and then into excel, and then mess around with it in there. I do this kind of analysis professionally so this is easy for me.
currently tracking 8599 properties ....It's a health benefit ...0 -
I too am watching prices drop using 24 hour emails. I would be intrigued if you use any Excel macros to gather the data from property bee.
It would be really great if property bee was more automated to just 'gather' all houses from an area etc... Manually doing it is time consuming but rewarding nonetheless
.
Im seeing 7-8 3-4% reduction every day being added

Thanks again.
Think that I need to go on a course to find out how to use OpenOffice!0 -
I was going to throw together a programme to do the calculations for me. But then I figured somebody else would come up with something soon.
So I am keeping my eye on property-bee for what might be a MySQL/php solution, or an Access solution. Then I'll chuck the data in there.
I got obsessed with propertysnake and was tracking drops daily for a couple of months... ends up all-consuming!0 -
What excel spreadsheet are you using for these analyses, m00m00?poppy100

Well done moomoo, you are collating a lot of information, which must take you ages!:T
I have also been using property bee since January its amazing as I think it gives a good clear picture of current prices and what some people are willing to reduce the price of their house by.
