1500 points when you spend £75 on baby products in store
And my fave...500 free points. Just give the coupon in at the till!
Yeh, I got these too. Not as much as I thought but better than nothing!2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j0 -
Got my magazine etc today - watch out when handing your 500pt coupon over that it does register on your card... Luckily I noticed that the points hadn't been added from my receipt before I left the store. The superviser added them by hand. She was fine about it, but said it was because I'd tried to use 2 offer coupons at once - I'd bought some Huggies wipes, and handed over the triple points coupon I'd received with the magazine (I hadn't received the triple points either). So she added the 500pts, and gave me back the Huggies coupon, to use next time.
So all's well; but I reckon the problem wasn't that I tried to use 2 coupons (I do that in Boots all the time and it's rarely a problem), I think it was because the coupons haven't been "activated" by the Boots tills yet.
I had this happen once before, with a coupon that came with my Advantage Card points statement a few weeks ago. It was extra points on a salad, I think. I tried it 2 days running, till wouldn't accept it. The assistant said she'd had the same problem with other people as well. So I left it a week, tried again, coupon was accepted.
Anyway, so watch out, I'd hate for anyone to miss out on the 500pts after we've waited so long for our coupons...0 -
i notice they've stopped doing the 500 points when spending £25 on baby offer, shame lol!52% tight0

Go Mine yesterday as well, I got the same offers as Jellyhead as I registered at about 30 weeks pregnant. Hoping to pick up my Avent pack & Huggies starter kit on Thursday...if Boots haven't run out already with everyone getting the mag at the same time!0

Got mine yesterday too, sent husband off to try and get it today. I have seen loads of the huggies packs in store before the vouchers came out so interrested to see if there are any left!0

the huggies packs were by the nappies, the avent packs were there too, not behind the counter. the huggies pack goes through at 24.99 and the avent pack at 5.00, the vouchers take the charge away. i got both today but there was only one huggies left after i took mine.
i'm really pleased with the huggies one, i haven't got a changing bag and this one is much better than the bag i've been using. it has 2 compartments, 2 elasticated bits at the sides, 2 mesh bits at the sides on the outside and a zipped bit on the outside too, so plenty of space for storage. there's a travel changing mat inside, it's more padded and better than the ones they gave out free with the prima baby mag a while back. the bag has an adjustable strap and a shoulder pad for comfort, i really like it.
also included were a little teddy bear from kleenex (not sure if it's too fluffy for a baby), a travel pack of huggies wipes, around 15 in there probably but my baby doesn't like huggies wipes. there's a sample of boots maternity pads, £1 off huggies wipes at boots, some junk about trust funds and some little colouring book things, one is farmyard and one is winnie the pooh. no nappies, shame, i like the huggies nappies for using on days out.
i also got the avent pack. it contains a pair of breast pads, via storage container for food or milk (will hold about 6oz of milk but you would need to buy the adapter bit if you wanted to fit it onto a teat, breastpump, etc. it can be cleaned and re-used 4 times i think), breastmilk container (it's a 4oz bottle without the teat or lid, it has a sealing disc instead, a plastic spoon, an orthodontic dummy with snap on teat cover for hygeine, breastfeeding DVD, some samples (nipple cream, body cream, massage gel, magic cream, body wash. there are coupons for £2.50 off IQ steriliser, £1 off via gourmet set (was that the one we all got free a few months ago?) and £1 off avent skincare, all coupons to be used in boots.
i got both in the same transaction and also put through the triple points on huggies voucher (i had to buy huggies nappies to get the free changing bag so i got the next size up to take on holiday, we're sharing a caravan so i don't want to take the nappy bucket lol!). they all went through and i got my triple points. not a bad hoard, all for the cost of a pack of nappies. if you're having a baby the first size newborn nappies are on offer 2 packs for £6, each pack contains 28 nappies, they still fit roo and he weighs over 10lb. you never know how long you'll be in hospital, a pack will last approx half a week so it's worth getting 2 packs even if you plan to use washables when you get home.52% tight0 -
Jellyhead- you're making me want to be pregnant again as I miss all those excellent freebies and coupons!
And as for the disposable stocking up for hospital...don't stock up until you know your hospitals policy on them. Our hospital has recently banned disposables and will only use reuseables on the newborns. If you choose disposables anyway, you have to dispose of them yourself somewhere away from the hospital site.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

good for them!
our hospital PROVIDES disposables!Every day above ground is a good one

your hospital uses washable nappies? that's great - do they provide them while you're there and wash them for you? my hospital has a leaflet about washables by the coffee machine and that's it. lots of sample disposables in the bounty packs, along with wipes and nappy sacks ...52% tight0
