The only problem with buying lots of the same washing powder, say daz is that Makro can do a search on how many of these that you have brought over the 2 week period and i know that Makro are doing this. So please just be a little bit careful. Staff are not even allowed to purchase this deal.

Do you have to show the checkout person the Makro mailing to get the offer or could I just go in as normal with my card and pick up two as I don't think I have received this mailing.
Does anyone know if Acton have any left?

Teesside had plenty but be careful like soneone else said they had the 120 wash boxes near the front door and i picked up them first before seeing everyone flocking to the others.

All that i am saying is that i work at Makro and a report is being done to cross check how many soap powders people buy. Then i am assuming that letters will be sent out to people. There are notices all over the store saying that this is limited to 2 per card account. I personally think the reason that they are doing it is to get rid of the people who do not spend a lot of money in Makro and by buying more then 2 boxes you are breaking the terms and conditions of having a Makro card for which they can block your card. You will be alright if you have a gold card! I have seen people have their cards blocked for such petty things.

As soon as i find out what we are doing with the data then i will let you know.

I went to a store yesterday and people were nothing more than animals.
I have never seen people act so greedy over a box of washing powder.
(incidently i went for the Haribo offer for my sweetstall). I wasnt bothered about the powder as i use liquids

I was talking to a couple of shop floor staff and they said that people were ONLY allowed 2 boxes ( 1 deal ) on 1 card. If they went out and came back in again then they would be charged £8.99 per box.
I saw this happen and saw how nasty customers were getting to the till operative.
i do hope the greedy customers that 'may' have got more than 2 boxes get their card blocked
