  • I do wear glasses yes, and am due a check up..
  • You will be allowed to make any adjustments when you have the printed copies. The court are used to it. Just point out to the clerk any manual alterations and you will be asked to initial them.

    Pop down £20 for glasses.

After your essential outgoings you are allowed £99 surplus then anything after that the OR will impose an IPA on, which will be 50-70% of the surplus.

Just out of interest why do you have train travel and the car? Do you drive to the station then get the train to work? You drive, your partner train?

Just out of interest why do you have train travel and the car? Do you drive to the station then get the train to work? You drive, your partner train? I drive to work occassionally, but the car is not my asset it is my partners, just in my name unfortunately, do you think they will want to sell an 11 year old car, worth max £750?

I have just printed off my S of A at work, but it only seems to be section 6.27, is 6.28 another form I need to fill in, or is the print out all I need to take to court?

    Thanks..xx:A
