Wii (FIT) fitness now WHERE TO FIND (UPDATED 27/4)

I've just ordered one from french amazon, it was around £73 inc p+p. Fingers crossed it gets here fine, they quoted one-two weeks for delivery, it's exciting x

Mine was due on the 28th according to the mail I had from Amazon.de but it turned up on the 30th safe and sound.

i ordered mine from amazon france too the other day. it worked out at around £73, the small postage fee is good saying they are shipping it from another country. I'm expecting it in the middle of june too.

Just to confirm what others have alreday said. The Wii Fit's from Amazon.de do play in English. The instructions that come in the box are in German but you definetley do not need them as the game explains everything to you.

Like most people here I've been trying to track down Wii Fit with no joy. After seeing the comments about ordering from Amazon.de, I thought it was probably the only option available so with the help of babelfish, I gave it a go on Thursday 29th. I got a bit carried away thinking I was guaranteed a copy, not noticing that the estimated delivery dates had changed to 5 - 7 weeks. I realised on Friday and wasn't able to cancel the order.... it had entered the despatch process apparantly.... the estimated delivery on my order was still mid July though..... I was a bit p*ssed off with myself and thought this was just a way of Amazon.de stopping you from cancelling.

Yesterday I had an email from them saying my order has been despatched!!
It is due for delivery on 4th June.......

I know I fluked this but I think it's worth a try if you really want a copy...... you will probably get it quicker this way than you will in the UK..... and if you get it in the UK before the Amazon.de / Amazon.fr one despatches.... you can just cancel it. I'd rather do this than line the pockets of the touts on eBay etc anyway.

I to have been looking for a wii fit for a while with no luck i have heard amazon germany have now sold out but amazon france still have stock after tax and delivery its about £73 pounds better than e-bay also delivery in 1 to 2 weeks its really easy to buy from same layout as english site and name you can trust i just hope i get mine and dont have to eat my words.

Delivery in 1 to 2 weeks is a stock message they put up when they're out of stock and have no idea when stock will be coming in. You might get lucky and get yours delivered in a week, but for the most part these lead times should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Can anyone help me with tracking my delivery? Amazon.de hasn't changed in days and I've tried putting the tracking number on the DHL website (if you can call it that!) and it doesn't recognise the number. However, it recognises the number on dhl.de but that hasn't changed in days either?!?!

This is how I tracked mine from Amazon.de...

Actually Amazon.de does post the DHL tracking number, or at least it did for me, but I needed to choose (from www.dhl.co.uk homepage) "more tracking options"-->"Frieght"-->"Europe - International Shipment", then put the Amazon supplied "Paketnummer" in the " Shipment Ref./Airwaybill No" field, using this I found mine was out for delivery today (ordered last Sat) :T
