At the risk of getting slightly offtopic - still waiting for my Amazon Germany one to arrive - the most I've made by reselling something was when I found five or so copies of a fairly rare PC game in a pound shop. Bought them for a quid each.. sold them for £34.99! After Amazon fees, I made 3000% profit!
As for selling the Wii Fits, the astonishing thing is how much people are actually paying for these on Amazon. When I was watching to see if a Wii Fit would hit Amazon UK, I noticed the various listings from third party sellers dispearing - people were paying £140 at one point for these!0 -

Serious question (and I'm not having a go...genuinely curious)..do you think this really provides a workout to anything like the same level as a gym or exercise video? From all I've seen it seems quite "gentle" to me, I guess...
Anyone else have input on whether it actually gives you a worthwhile workout? Or is it best for novelty/fun.
(I know this is a bit OT, but there's plenty of people with the thing around this topic..)

*snip*
I'll give a better answer in a few weeks when I've had more experience but so far I'll say the Wii fit looks like it will motivate me more than either a gym/workout dvd. I don't have 2 hours a day spare where I can change/get to gym/ workout next to skinny peeps/shower/change/get home. Nor do I have the urge to fork out £15+ for some semi-celeb to patronise me with a dance workout someone else has choreographed.
I agree it's not for everyone but for me it beats wearing a baggy t-shirt in a room full of skinny peeps or dancing along with some surgically enhanced bimbo. I can stick it on when the baby is sleeping and do as much or as little as I feel that day.
You can increase the amount you exercise as you improve, you can see visible results with the fitness test, you can have fun with the family. If it takes me 6 months longer to lose the weight this way, I won't be unhappy.0 -
Techfocus have it in stock now, bundled with the combat pack (sword and shield). But it's £120! Given that the combat pack is less than a tenner, I'd rather wait or buy from Germany!
