Not sure if this helps but:
In the back of the Sky TV guide there is an advert for dialaphone - get an up to the miunte mobile N95 8gb for example on a £35 per month contract on O2 and get a free Wii and Wii Fit delivered within 28 days - starts 1st june, at the mo on the website it's only Vodafone contracts
Only good if you're after a moby and want the console as well, but 3 at work are doing this now after I've been raving about my Wii Fit0 -
Well my Wii Fit was meant to be delivered today from Amazon.de - No sign of it yet! Just been on to the DHL website and the local depot near me closes at 12:00, so i'm guessing they won't be delivering it until Monday now.
DHL are shockingly bad - if this was UPS i'd have it by now!:mad:0 -
An advert came on TV and I said ''why are they advertising this when its OOS everywhere'' and OH informed me that our local woolies has them in today ''cause I just saw them'' so Im off to see if he really did see them or not (he doesnt exactly pay much attention most of the time) and if they are there, I might be tempted to buy a couple and sell them on amazon UK or T'ebay!!0

Ha Ha why do they do that?
When I was in the same store the other week they had signs every where saying Wii Fit OOS and he said he didnt see any anywhere so maybe they have just got like a limited number in?! Like I said ill pop in and have a look tomorrow to see if they are empty boxes or the real deal!0 -
Isn't it going against the spirit of this site that people are using info gained here to hoard the items and therefore deprive other members from getting them????:beer:0

Couldn't agree more - they're just glorified ticket touts :mad::beer:0 -
I already have Wii fit and was on the look out for my sis in law gamepley in birmingham had a big display of boxes outside the shop and an A board advertising Wii fit. I got all excited and phoned her looked a little closer and in the smallest writing possible "out of stock" :mad: why the hell advertise have all the display out if they dont have any they could just as easily leave the display out and put a big sash across saying out of stock.
The first time I used the Wii fit btw I had aching legs the next morning so it was doing something! I suppose it all depends as with anything how much effort you put in I started off doing the short jogging ect and now do free running and am in competion with other family members to see who can run the furthest.
I have 2 teens and 2 little ones so the chances of me being able to spare a couple of hours to go to the gym are zilch this I just get out when youngest is napping and 3 yr old is at nursery. 3 yr old loves to do it too lol she has her own wii character she is not very good but she tries bless.
This is the most our wii has been used since we got it in Feb the other games just get boring and have been played just a handfull of times wii fit is played almost if not every dayMortgage overpayments 2008 (started August) £3000 -

In a big chain, like the one I work at, you tend to get precise instructions on what things to display. So as long as you have at least one in stock - or one display box - you have to put it up. And these things get checked by head office, so if the display's not as written, the store gets a black mark. Even if you took the item away due to lack of stock.0
