I ordered Thursday 21st and not received the chair yet, but did get a catalogue on the friday (ordered via business site as normal one wasn't working at the time). In the order details on the website it says delivery date 22nd and order status is processed. Guess I'm probably best calling.

The same happened to me, got the radio but not the chair. So I emailed them and they said it's cause the chair's on backorder when I ordered, and it will arrive when the stock arrive

I just phoned them. They said something about them being out of stock when I ordered, but they're in stock now. She placed a new order or something for it to arrive monday so she could cancel the old one or something. Should probably have asked about adding the radio onto the order but I wouldn't use the radio myself and can't think of anyone I could pass it on to.

I've just checked my order with viking that has now been processed. Although it didn't appear to accept the code for the briefcase when I checked out, & it didn't show on my final invoice, it is now showing on my completed history, along with the CD Player.:T

I have just checked mine by signing into the website and looking at orders on the r h s. It is showing delivery for tomorrow of my £17 chair and CD player. I put the CD player in after the order was done in the comments box as it wouldnt accept it as an item because the total was too low. I will let you know if it comes!

My chairs arrived today, they are really great. the cd player and briefcase arrived too. top bargain. all for the bargain price of £35 odd pence!
