What do you want from the website... just a forum? Ecommerce site? Brochure site too?
Most places that you buy web space from nowadays include scripts or similar solutions for portals or forums. http://www.phpbb.com/, https://www.yabbforum.com/, https://www.invisionboard.com/, http://www.ubbcentral.com/, and you've already mentioned https://www.vbulletin.com/ are probably the main forum applications, but there are thousands of other possibilities depending on what you actually want out of the website (and what you're prepared to put in). Portal sites like http://drupal.org/, http://mamboserver.com/ and http://www.postnuke.com/ give more information to the viewer and are useful if you have lots of information to impart to your customers.Te audire no possum.
