No, I've just realised this is the one I'm talking about "Bourjois Volume Clubbing Mascara". Anyone used this? Does have very funky packaging.

But thats good about your one, does it also make your lashes look false too?

Thats all I want, the false lash look & great staying power:D

Found out DD had this, so I tried hers today:D

Very glupy:mad: , more so than even BadGal:mad: which is glupy but good:D but not waterproof:mad:

I will see how it lasts the day;)

What about getting your eyelashes dyed? You could go to a salon or do it at home (not sure I'd trust myself though). I keep meaning to have it done but have never got around to it. I also need to go and have my eyebrows waxed again.

    Jxx
And it looks like we made it once again
Yes it looks like we made it to the end

Nah no good, ok for holidays for the daytime on the beach or by the pool. I get my eyelashes & eyebrows done for the day time.

But no volume & length & apart from waterproof I want mega volume AND length, I know I want it all:D

My DD had hers threaded last time instead of waxed & loved the effect, I kind of like the bald eagle effect of eyebrow waxing.

False eyelashes? (I'm getting desperate now :D). What's the eyelash dyeing like though? How long does it take?

Very quick, like getting your eyebrows tinted, but its not NEARLY as good as mascara, you will be disapointed if you expect it to look like mascara.

But for poolside or the beach on holiday when all you want is a tinted mosituriser & some tinted lip balm the eyebrows & lashes done look good.

It only lasts a little while too, month max.

    I would hate false eyelashes:mad: , but I want the false eyelash effect:rolleyes: didn't I say I wanted it all:D

Well most of the time the only makeup I wear is mascara and (unlike you ;)) I don't really want mega volume and length, it's just to darken my lashes really (they're only dark at the ends, the roots are fair, iykwim). And I don't mind putting it on, it's cleaning it off at the end of the day that's a pain in the arris, so eyelash dying would save me the bother of that, when I don't have any other make up to clean off anyway.

I get this done. It takes about 10 minutes, but it stings like mad towards the end of this time. I hate having it done because of the stinging, and can't do it at home as I always want to take the dye off before it does the job, but I am a very low maintenance kind of girl, so there is no way I would get round to putting mascara on every day!

What stings? Your eyes, your skin? Is it like having a perm (distant memory :o) where your scalp burns a bit? Does this mean I shouldn't wear my contact lenses if I go to have it done?

  • have you tried Blinc Kiss Me mascara? It forms a tube around your lashes rather than painting them, and so doesn't smudge. I swim in it and all sorts and it always stays pretty much perfect. Some reviews here...

    i'd definitely recommend it
