Can't deposit to Principality, also should I trust them?

Well done to bristolleedsfan for getting some/all those £ ex-Principality into Chelsea Bdg Society's 6.90% bond in January (if I correctly recall another thread). Wish I had been as decisive!

Wouldnt have been able to have got the funds out of Principality quick enough. :rotfl:

My 'test' BACS from Principality Bdg Soc to my three 'linked' external cheque accounts all arrived 48 hours after leaving Principality. I'm hoping this will be replicated in the near future when, unfortunately, I need access to a sizeable sum - though at 6% the e-SAVER is no-longer very attractive.
Anyone here experience delayed access?

I have a monthly saver with them and pay into it via a standing order which seems to have worked well.

The only issue I have with the Principality is that, despite providing the id to open the account they managed to put a totally different name on the acount,d'oh!

Does the email from Principality when they advise you have a secure message with a link to their site really come from Principality?

If so why do they send a link in their emails?
