help with switch
new to all this switching have just looked into landline and broad band, electric and gas soon, but mission at minute is mobile.
long story short other half and I have mobiles through his small business, we have had the same numbers for 8 years and have been with vodafone for 7 years. We have no offers or anything, we pay £11.91 each rental a month, then calls and text on top of that. We are not huge users, combined monthly bill fron £65 to £110. Can anyone suggest how I can do some comparisons.
Cheers

I would ring customer services 191 off your handset, ask them to look at your account and ask them if they have offer you something better than you have. Ask them to write it in your account's memo what they offer you so if you wanted to take that offer up, there will be no problem as you probably will deal with a different advisor if you ring up again.
Then I would go on one of the comparison website. For example, this one. http://www.moneysupermarket.com/MobilePhones
If you find something cheaper, ring Vodafone back up to see if they can match the offer. If you're out of contract or nearly out of contract, they will probably try and match it. If not, you will have to wait to near the time and try again.March Wins

Hi misspolly
Good advice from galaxy if you want to stay with Vodaphone. Keeping your number is no problem if you want to change providers.
Don't mention that they are business mobiles when looking around as most providers have different rates for business - often more expensive for low users with a couple of phones.
Good luck with all your switching.
