How long before your debit card is charged/refunded? My invoice says full price but nothing from the bank yet even though goods arrived today.

Brilliant - just got BOGOF 16 piece porcelain dinner service for £10!

A warning though - don't enter the code until you are ready to complete your checkout. If you try to go back to checkout later, it doesn't recognise the code. However, nice lady at call centre said it was a known bug in the system and sorted it out by taking my order over the phone.

I did my second order earlier today (this time in my husband's name, different e-mail and credit card), and it went through. But now when I log in as him and try to track the order, it says there are no orders to track! I sent a enquiry to customer service, which I hope doesn't tip them off to a second order to the same address!

Hi sorry to be cheeky but do you have the code for the dinner service I am after a new one and if suitable this would be a great buy I could only see this one
