They have deducted the full price from my bank account, dont know if I will get the dicount back, will have to see. If not does anyone know if it is free to send things back to them if you dont want them?

Great post. I ordered some sheets and pillowcases last night and it succesfully took off £18.50 but then added the postage back on . Has anybody else noticed this?

They do take the full amount first then refund you the £18.50 after 2 days. Just wait and see.
Placed an order on hubby's name and different email add. Delivery on Monday. It should be Ok.

Thanks emmy05 and merrymary, will wait and see what happens. They have said the delivery will not be until 5th March. Glad I had enough in my bank to cover the whole amount or I would have been charged by them.

I just ordered the pink grill too, and I'm a little nervous that they will take the full amount. I used debit because I was too lazy to go get my mastercard, now I wish I hadn't. I hope you're right about them refunding the amount!

The pink grill is fantastic.I am using it right now to make lemon&masala chicken and it smells delicious.Sis and mum are placing orders too.They took £23.50 from my account and refunded £18.50 back.Delivery was really quick too.

I used my debit card too, they took the full amount on the 20th then refunded £18.50 the next day, the day of the delivery. Got me worried I wouldn't get the discount and have to return my order.
Now can I close/cancel my account with them?

That was my second order on hubby's name and different email add. Used mastercard this time. Account showing with the discount.
Delivery on monday. :j
