it didnt show on mine, as i paid by card straight away, as did many of us,

the code is put in at the end somewhere near check out x

also note that as they are having difficulty in delivering they are giving you a credit of 3.50 automatically, had email saying pink foreman being delivered for 1.50 due to extra credit placed ontop of the code !!!
