    I just rang and spoke to a specialist adviser and when I explained it she said she would authorise the order

    She did say that when you pay by card you get charged the full amount, then the code is refunded to you card after. Just thought Id share this incase other people who paid using card wasn't aware why they had been charged full price.

    Take a look at what's going on on at Hot UK Deals though (http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=149265&page=15). They're trying to charge the full undiscounted amount, on the basis that it was an unauthorised code. Ring any bells with anyone?

    I got the code refunded back to my bank. Those who ordered the flowers, are you happy with them?

    Mine were awful, tesco do nicer ones for £5. Also came through hme delivery network and were all knocked about and crushed! The water in the bottom had spilled everywhere and gone through the box, ill be surprised if they live until mothers day

    despite paying by card the transaction is showing on my account statment, has this happened to anyone else?

    its really confusing! As its been charged and refuded about 4 times and so has the promotional code

    well ive been on the phone for an hour to 2 dumb ***** and some girl has added £19 to my account as apparently ive been refunded £19 which I havent. She cant see the credit is cancel out the charge of £19 for the previous order I cancelled.

    I mean ive done a spreadsheet to show all charges and credits including my payment and it balances itself out so how can she say I have had a refund of £19to much and charge my account!? I paid by card so it shouldn't even affect my account
