Im new to the site - but really wanna see LittleL's dress and wanna find out what ebayer you purchased from.

I bit the bullet last wee and ordered mine from China...thought it was worth chancng at the price of £105 when the gown i want is £1600!!

Not sure on the designer, but had to say my friend had that dress made, and i have to say it looked nothing like the picture, sorry. I think even after my advice to go with someone with loads of + feedback, she didnt. She liked it in the end and wore it, i can send you a photo if you like, just PM me x x

I need some help with a wedding dress.

(I'm posting in here rather than starting a new thread because I am quite happy to use ebay sellers you lot have used and been happy with)

My dress requirements aren't the usual white/cream thing, I'm after a purple dress with (preferably) some silver on it. Because the wedding is Nov 2009, I want one with sleeves. I'm not a fan of the 'big skirt' style (don't get me wrong, people always look gorgeous in them, just not me) so I'm after something slimmer, perhaps floaty like this one. The colour of the one in the link is probably somewhere close to the colour I want. That dress would be ok, but I'm not over keen on the top half, I do like the bottom half though! Perhaps something 'pencil' style but with a wrap around the tummy part (need to keep my stomach under wraps :rotfl: )
Also, is it worth looking in any shops to get ideas? Are they likely to have purple/indigo dresses? And of course, cost is a major factor, I'm determined we're not going to spend a fortune!

Arrrggh! Help me please, before I go mad...

It might be worth having a look around the prom dress shops that seem to of sprung up everywhere... Otherwise, find bits of different dresses you like and get in touch with Landy or milly and see what they can do with them...
