    Hi Everyone

I am getting married next April and looking to purchase my dress shortly. I need some advice though. I am naturally interested in getting a dress from ebay, especially as I have tried on the Maggie Sottero Adelaide and have fallen in love with it! As it costs 10 times more from the store, I think getting it from China is a good option.

I have been checking out their fabrics and was wondering if their 395 satin is actually duchess satin, as it is 100% polyester - are they the same? I got some fabric swatches from a company called Wales Trade, has anyone got any info on them?

I'm really nervous about doing this and am so tempted to go to the store and give them my precious cash  I'm worried that the quality is not 100%, I am a perfectionist at heart and want it to be exactly right.

Morning, thats the dress i have purchased, it will be here today, but i brought it from ASAPBAY, i did contact wales trading, but at the time they only had a few feedback regarding their wedding dress's, and just had a quick look now and still not that much, compared to asapbay and milly bridal, that put me off, but i suppose everyone has to start somewhere! x x

I received my sisters bridesmaids dress yesterday from millybridal. It's absolutely gorgeous! The satin is lovely and thick, the quality is fantastic and the price even better! It cost £41 for the dress and a wrap, and it was custom made. There are little beads sewn all over the bodice, it's boned and it's really beautiful.

So if anyone's thinking of getting a dress from millybridal - they're brill!

Hi if you look on www.landybridal.com which is the same person as asapbay, were we have got our dress's from, the selection is huge! It is all set out in designers collections which helps, so if you want to try on wedding/bridesmaid dress's to see what they look like, you could then order from there at the bargain price, the price on the website includes delivery also i think?

    Happy shopping and browsing

was perfect (what a great site):j I've even looked into the feedback and pictures that brides have sent in on their big day in their special gowns.
The thing is I've found the dress I love and a bridesmaid dress, even a flowergirl dress for my daughter but, the flowergirl dress only comes in 2 colours and the colours they show for the bridesmaid don't show a light gold (which is the colour theme). Is there any way I could contact to enquire?

I am glad you enjoyed the site :D , contact her and ask regarding the colour, my colour scheme is champagne, so light gold, and i know that she does this colour, and as all dress's are made to measure i don't see there being a problem in making in that colour. There is a service email address on that site, plus skype if you have it. Or failing that contact her through asapbay on ebay, tell her you have been looking through her website, and what dress's you like, and if she can send you some colour swatches. I am still waiting for the delivery man it is doing my head in !!!!!

Sorry I got mine from another seller - mine is supposed to fit up to a 30 inch waist but its a little snug :p

mine was from youraislestyle and has 2 hoops and 2 layers of net so it doesn't show through - have yet to try it on with my dress - from the size of it the resemblance to a toilet roll holder might be incredible.

Mines white but it's not that horrible dazzling white - its lovely quite heavy weight non groovy not over shiny.
The same fabric as the ones I tried on in the shops - if that helps :rotfl:

She will send you sample fabric but I didn't bother.
