I've got to give in and ask: What's a P&P set?0
-
I found all the info on the scar serum versus the p & p serum from the old post and list the ingredients of both for you to judge for yourself. The main difference is the lack of tocopherol in the scar serum, listed as ingredient no 24 on the p & p serum(dont know if the list of ingredients is in % terms, if it is then its way down the list!)

Only 1 from THE P & P is not in scar serum-tocopherol. There are some other ingredients in the scar serum lower down the list(I cant find the box right now to post them) but the top ones are identical!!!!!
It says on the box"By simply massaging it in every day for three months, we've found it noticeably softens, smoothes and conditions skin. So, scars appear lighter and more even in tone and the profile of the skin appears more even"
It also says to use it on blemishs or stretchmarks.
The box contains 50mls and is on special at £3.99 but you can get an ACM for 100 points! I have not used p & p or the serum on my skin yet(still trying out Q10 stuff!) but they smell and "feel the same" to me.
Hope that helps some of you. There is a pic earlier of the box. I will try and find it.

As it has been said that this tocopherol is another name for Vitamin E, and P&P serum is supposed to be used in conjunction with a moisturiser anyway, as long as the moisturiser has vit E in it, which I think most of them have in some form anyway, it seems a good substitute and a lot cheaper.0 -
I've got to give in and ask: What's a P&P set?
Skibster - P&P = Protect & perfect, a range from boot's own No7. They are doing a limited edition set for mothers day that looks like this:
http://www.boots.com/shop/product_enlarge.jsp?productid=1093988&classificationid=1052492&slmRefer=000&imageid=1
It has the 30ml serum in it which is almost £17.00 on its own, so if you can use a £5 pink voucher, you get the serum and all the cute lil goodies for just £15! (Plus another £5 pink voucher)

I would like some more info on how long you can safely use it for each factor. If anyone has any links, please post them.
For instance, is factor 50 from last year still good enough to use in this country for kids playing out etc and how much per year does it deteriorate?
I have skin cancer and use Factor 50. My Consultant told me that it is no good at all within a year of opening. It's just like putting moisturiser on, no protection whatsoever.
I also saw this confirmedon "This morning" last year. I will search the net and see if I can find anything else.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
