Sorry your OH's are misbehaving ladies.

Mudbath the jury is out on the Reflexology. I felt a bit bored half way through it. It was very relaxing but I have felt really lethagic since, a bit depressed and my IBS is not great either. I bet you will say they are all good signs like the homeopath does when you feel worse?

Oooooh I like the sound of gold galant. My friend has gold on three walls and it's fabulous. How's the not smoking going? I'm sure you're doing fabulously but i'd like a £ update please! I've still not had diet coke or choccie. Went out for lunch and had lime and soda instead of diet coke. Not missing coke but I NEED chocolate!

Just seen your savings in your signature, wow, that's amazing!

OOohh what colour gold and is it metallic?? thats just what I've been imagining but thinking it'd be too OTT
Not smoking is going very well, scared to say more, don't wan't to tempt fate;)
Glad your doing well, I stopped skinny coke when I left work and didn't have daily access to the machine LOL. Not so sure I'd be able to say bye bye to choc tho:D

Dusty - I think that's why quite a few of my client's prefer to offload during a treatment. I always give the option to stay quiet, and a few do, but on the whole people do talk. See how you feel in the morning...a lot of people call feeling worse the healing reaction but usually people feel relaxed but uplifted after a treatment...of course that could be down to my stunning company and wit!!!!

Insurance, that's sort of scary, because it's something neither of us have, something I should really sort at some point...............before he annoys me much more....

Dusty I agree with Mudbath, see how you feel tomorrow, I've been known to sleep for 3+ hours after a reflexology session! I always feel better the day after. I get bored aswell because I am used to being on the go a lot and I end up feeling guilty at some points thinking what I could have been doing instead, took until my second or third session before I really started being able to relax there and feel the benefit of it.

galantvr4 does sapphire go with gold? of course it does! One thing I will say if you are 'going for gold' get extra because the last time a friend did gold (hers is gold and deep red) she needed a touch up after she took a chunk out moving furniture, it didn't match and she had to redo the lot because it looked wrong. Eggshell paints are usually used in bathrooms/kitchens but they are really good for rooms where you have to wash the walls a lot, we always did the boys rooms in that or a good silk so it's washable. Must admit I'm a bit boring and use more neutral colours at home, we have grey, magnolia, white oh and a very bright blue for the boys rooms.
One day I might be more organised...........

Yes galant it's metalic gold and it's lovely. It does look different depending where you sit and it also hides all the imperfections in the walls. She went for metalic silver to start with but that was too cold. The gold really warms the room.

Lil_me - i love eggshell too. I have it in my clinic and it wipes really well. Not a mark on it after 5 years. Should have it throughout the house!

Goodnight Dusty, I just had to check the time there as I had no idea what time it was

Mudbath eggshell is fab, my fave paint, you can do all sorts to it and it doesn't come off, I've had scourer pads the lot on mine before. We made the mistake of buying Matt for the sitting room which I am sick of having to touch up because it makes a mark when you wipe it.

I just spent 30 minutes trying to get a blinking programme for my course to install on the laptop because I didn't want to get cold studying in the conservatory and the flaming things crashed again. I'm really starting to loose my temper now, I'm not even going to start trying again, just going to do some more reading up instead. Oh and look for new calculator because can I knickers work out how to do standard deviation on the one I have!

  • Hello Everyone

I've been lurking here since Monday and thought it was about time I said Hi.

I have been trying really hard this first week, and getting to Level 2 most days, but what I wanted to ask was-

    does it get any easier?

    and

does the feeling of wanting to shout at your kids for untidying the slightest thing pass????

    Hello :D

Well done. Yes took me about 8 weeks to get to that stage, depends how your house is before you start :o and how much you do each week to how long it takes
    and

No that gets worse but because they get used to things being tidier and being told to put things away they usually get better. There is a difference between mess and dirt, with children accepting mess if they help tidy it afterwards I find is the key. Sometimes you'll still want to scream at everyone but you'll be getting so much better at putting things right, it won't last long.

    HTH :D
