Hey guys
Just thought I would update you all on what has been happening. My better half had her second appointment with cab today and things are looking alot better. Bassically the girl at cab has arranged all interest to be frozen and has worked out a repayment plan that will see us nearly £100 better off each month.
Thanks to everyone that posted. All your comments were really helpful and helped put things in perspective.0 -
good im glad to read this thread and see theres a good ending to it, at the end of the day, its only money and things could have been worse, congrats to the pair of you as well, hugs xx0

Hi all
Thought I would give you an update
The wedding went ahead as planned on the 25th of April, easily the best day of my life bar my daughter comming into this world. Married life has been bliss so far and we are both sitting down and working at our finance a lot more openly. Although things are very tight as with most people, it just feels a lot better because we know exactly where we stand.
Anyways, big thankyou to everyone that replied to this thread. It gave me the push in the right direction.0 -
I have only just seen this thread. So pleased you both had a lovely day and good luck with sorting out your finances, together, as a married couple - I am sure you will both get through it! xxA cloudy day is no match for a sunny disposition~ William Arthur Ward ~0
