  • Hi,

If everything stays on track (and that's a big IF - job changes are happening) I'll be 37 and the OH will be 42.

    Crazy goal - £500k by Jan 2026.

  • I will be 56. No great achievement though as I have been paying for 20 years. Only 1 year and 8 months to go.

If everything goes to plan I will be 45, I'm currently 34. Then again, I'm kinda hoping the plans don't work out and I meet someone and have anther child :o But for the mean time, I am keeping plugging away and getting the mortgage down as small as possible :D If I didn't make any overpayments I would be 61 !!!
    Mortgage Total: £50,720/ £75,000
    Mortgage Overpayments Pot £1587
  • I'll be 41 :p ! I was hoping to get rid of it while I was still 40 but sadly I'm going to miss that deadline by a couple of months. I'm still very happy with my progress though!

If all goes according to plan I will be mortgage free by this time next year aged 49.
Then the next target is early retirement.
  • I'll be 47, dh will be just 48. I think.
Ali - still pretty much a newbie, need to brush up my MS habits!
  • Like George, I have just missed clearing it for my 40th and so will be 41 once mine is clear in just over three years.
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D
