TBH I'm not that clued up on scottish small claims. Have you looked at:
http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/
http://www.penaltychargesforum.co.uk/
both have separate Scottish forums, where you can get better advice from more knowledgeable people0 -
thanks for that iv checked them out but to be honest i find those forums really hard to understand , this one i can just about cope with.0

Every forum is different, it just takes time to get used to the various layouts.to be honest i find those forums really hard to understand ,
Except you don't seem to be getting the help you need. If I was in your shoes I'd at least want to get some advice that was pertinent to my claim. Your choice.<!-- / message -->this one i can just about cope with.0 -

From a previous thread the OP was/is getting help from someone and without the full details of the court case and how it was won and then lost no-one can advice.

MSE is not a legal forum and any advise asked for and given is only a layman's take on what information has been provided.0 -

As has previously been stated on this and on another thread, you are finding it difficult to get advice because you haven't provided full details. I have read this thread and the other and I'm confused, you haven't been exactly clear.
Seems to me you are now implying that someone has been tampering with your login, you shouldn't imply these things without proof:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j

Thanks for the kind offer but not really that interested in the emails. It's not a good idea to imply on a public forum that your password and login have been tampered with especially when you appear to be implying that the person is a volunteer on the forum.
I am sure I am not the only person who is not at all interested in reading your full life history on the forum. However if you are posting and asking people for advice you do have to provide a reasonable amount of information for anyone to be able to offer any advice at all. You have posted very few details and only managed to confuse people hence you not receiving the advice you were looking for.:j Debt free since 31/01/08:j
