You could make a search on the Community Legal Advice website. Just enter your postcode to bring up local options.

Legal aid is only available for an appeal against a decision from a small claims action, although it is not available for the small claims action itself.

What is the claim for, bank charges? How much?0

bank charges yes . it was only for £1500.00 which when i first started the court case was all i was allowed to claim at any one time. im claiming back £4000.00 all together .0

So have you filed more than 1 claim? or just 1 so far for £1500?
A precedent was set last year in Scotland preventing splitting a cliam into multiple claims, although now the small claims limit in scotland was increased in Jan to £30000 -
you can only have 1 case going at a time. when i won my case last year i did start another one but when it was recalled i had to cancel it.0
